Golf and Turf Program
Affiliated Financial Services' Golf and Turf division, can arrange all the financial needs for your Golf Club. This includes, Mortgages, Leasing, and Business Improvement Loans.
Mortgages can be arranged with most of the Financial Institutions and our Private Lenders. Mortgages rates are subject to the risk involved, and the Loan to Value of the Asset.
Leasing can be arranged with numerous direct funders, and the equipment leased can be both New and Used. The Used Equipment can not be greater than 8 years old for residual value purposes.
We can lease any golf course equipment you need, whether its for the turf operations, or inside the clubhouse, from hardware to kitchen & pro shop operations. There is nothing we can't lease for you within our Golf & Turf Program.

Golf & Turf - Senior Partner
Donald (Don) J. McIntyre, commenced his fifteen year career with the Royal Bank of Canada in both the Retail and Corporate market segments, prior to spending four years consulting in the Liability Legal field.
In 1996 Don then became the owner and operator of the Pines of Georgina Golf Club until 2010. The Pines of Georgina quickly became re known in the GTA area for building one of the top ten "Value for your money" golf operations in Ontario as rated by O.G. magazine.
A list of his accomplishments are as follows:
* Arranged and implemented RBC's corporate relationship banking strategy.
* Assisted RBC's bank executives with the implementation of its market segmentation strategy.
* Mentored and managed RBC's downtown Toronto sales force, inspiring large retail growth in its business
volumes over a two year period.
* Won RBC"s Gold Service Excellence Award while managing one of its downtown Toronto branches.
* Authored and developed a management guideline for the Law Society of Upper Canada in managing liability law
practices.
* Spearheaded one of the top ten "Value for your money" golf courses in Ontario expanding its market presence
and creditability.
* Past Secretary/Treasurer of the National Golf Course Owners Association.
Lastly, Don credits his wife Leslie and children David & Taryn for building the "family values" golf facility that the Pines and its members and guests enjoyed.
